You don't do it for the Glory. You definitely don't do it for the rewards. In fact I'm not sure WHY you do it. But the important thing is that you DO. You are the manservant of the greatest, most manliest hero the world has ever known. And without your help he'd be pummelled into dust! Take care of his inventory while he's out adventuring and winning the hearts of the fair maidens. Behind every great hero, there is an even greater assistant!

something that would be cool

it would be cool if there was a different version of this were you are the hero

.. Hmph.. I prefer the villainy anyway

Good game, original concept but frankly speaking.. I felt unfulfilled. I'm guessin' that's the point but still :/ an assistant can't get a lil love? lol

Splendid game, really.
The idea is rather clever and unusually original.
I like how the fights are on a stage. That is an unusually good explanation for why you are able to take on a fight multiple times, even if you lose. It's all an act!
Percibald's lines are often funny, and it helps that his voice reminds me of the orcs from "Orcs Must Die!". Seems as if one of them GOT to be the good guy after all! (Explanation: said orcs sometimes ask "Can I be the good guy?". Too bad you answer them in the colourful language of massacre.)
The art is silly in a way that really fits the setting.
I can't tell from the "Credits & Info"-section wether the music was made for the occasion or free-to-use, but if the latter, this is an unusually good case of using licensed music.
The only bad thing is that some weapons can't be re-equipped, which is a problem as I like playing around with combinations to see what the best one is.

All in all, great job!

Pretty Good

I had no idea that Egoraptor did the voices. My respect for this game just shot up 100%. Other than that, the game was decent. Understandably, I didn't find it particularly entertaining, but hey, it could've been a lot worse.

Nice game
