Made in 2 weeks
Well....
I can't help but feel that even though this was made in two weeks, that no more than a few total hours was put into it. I'd very much like to see you re-make this with much more time and effort put into it. Early works can be a bitch some time, just keep trying, and keep polishing your product.
Side note: There are shape tools in the Flash maker program. They are your friend.
You've guessed correctly. Even though this flash did take 2 weeks to complete, I only had ~45 minutes each day to work on it during my lunch break.
On the matter of the shape tools, I remain skeptical of using them as I have seen others in my ICT class use them to make their animations and the result is pretty awful.

Sounds are hard when you make it at school, also, I made the smoke as part of the Vulture's symbol so it moved with it, it would've been too much effort for me, considering how lazy I am :P
