Animation details:
Program=Anime Studio DEBUT 6
Frames/seconds=400 Frames in about 16 and a half seconds.
Time of film making= FROM DECEMBER 17 2010 to July 10 2011.

I know, I know... this is a two out of five not good animation!!
this robot is supposed to dance to hip hop music, and it
should loop for every 17 seconds forever.
BUT something got glitched during the conversion into swf. file
there is a better version at you tube at

You submitted something without telling me?

I would think that since I told you how to upload videos, you would at least inform me when you upload something... oh well, it's alright. I am rather impressed with what you got done with anime studio, far more than I could have accomplished with it (which is why I switched to flash). Your field of depth on the robot from different angles is convincing, and his motion is good. As others have stated, there are some graphical errors, but that's obviously the limitations of the program. I can tell when you start using flash, things will improve greatly!

JoeSketchConcepts-NG responds:

Sorry that it took me a long time to respond to you.

I have done allot of work on the motions of the robot to look like a real life machine and following the animator's survival kit by Richard Williams. the bad part is that I tried to make it look like 3D in a 2D program. and I totally did not think about shadow, more detailed background and camera angles until a friend from class told me so.

BUT! I will do better at animation from what I learned from this project and more studying. I FINALLY GOT ADOBE FLASH in the fall 2011. It was priced at around $150 to 200$ dollars. But it will be totally worth it. once get started on a new project.

I LIKE IT but

it make som smooth moves but i didnt heard any music and theres some kind of problem with the loop making bad copycats

JoeSketchConcepts-NG responds:

Your dam right!
this result is what I get for not using Adobe flash.

Thank you for the 5/10 score based on the characters moves.
it took me A week to get the body language right. the rest is easy walk cycles.

Something is wrong here...

Perhaps it's my browser, maybe it's how you uploaded, however the sound does not work with this and when it loops it doesn't refresh the movie, it just loops behind the first play of the movie. I've tried this with FF, Chrome, and IE and it's all the same. Nice concept but it's very incomplete.

Minor nitpick, since the object dancing is 3D wouldn't it be a dron, instead of a gon?

JoeSketchConcepts-NG responds:

Your computer is fine, its the conversion from anime studio to swf. that messed it all up.
the video is supposed to be at least two minutes long, but I made to many errors and decided to just say "$@%# this, I'm going to start something else and not make the same mistakes"
Whould it matter if I say that this is my first animation uploaded to the internet?
