Not bad

Considering that this was one of your first animations made, at least, I'm assuming it was (since you said a while back then), it really isn't all that bad. The sound effects fits a lil, not completely, like it seemed too loud for the animation or something, but that is just me. ^^;

The concept was nicely well done, but I think you could of done more with it. More tragic or something, perhaps? Like a lot more could of happened along the way. I'm curious as to how he went to the other house, if he even went. He could of just put the envelope in the mailbox he was already at, and walked away...

Perhaps you should make another half? ;p I would watch it.

Anyway, to sum up what I said, the plot-line and the whole idea of this animation was good, even though more could of been added, the sound effects seem a lil off for the animation, and the graphics aren't too good. :p

Great stuff, man. You've got a very good understanding of animation and the concept here really pays off. I watched the entire movie and found it to be very entertaining. Hope to see more like this in the future.
