0/10. This is clearly illegal because it makes rug addicts seem "cool", when they are really losers. I think you should remove it to save your reputation, people do not take kindly to people who make children ruin their lives by saying "drugs are cool for you".
HighLife won't be about "drugs", it'll be jokes around marijuana, which btw is alot better than cigarettes or alcohol (my cartoon won't have any of them ;) ). Wait for first episode, I think you could enjoy this cartoon :)
