Great freaking game

This game took me back...players too young to remember the PSX era probably didn't have the same Resident Evil flavored PTS flashbacks I endured during this game, especially the final stages, with the eye monster or shoggoth or whatever.
The camera was brutal but that's the whole point and I understand that. The overall plot of the game, or rather the final scene, was absolutely stunning.

The main problem I had with the game was just some minor hit-detection issues. Other than that everything was gravy. Excellent game Chribbe.

Fake Difficulty: The Game

All this game has is a gimmick and it's a bad one at that. We hate bad camera angles in games so why would you create a game entirely around bad camera angles?

Nice try

I stopped playing around Camera 16. I got the red orb but being impossible to judge my distance from the spike shooting thing I got killed again. This game needs a serious re-work. I get the whole point of the camera supposed to be the hard part but really, it's just overly frustrating and not fun at points. I hope to see this game re-worked.

Fun, but frustrating

Biggest problem was the camera angles. I understand they were supposed to be the core of the game, but with how the controls worked, you were completely at their mercy. If the game decided to do a long range camera angle on a tight platform, there was literally nothing you could do about it, just take your best guess and hope it worked. While the game isn't overly difficult, the cameras and difficult control scheme made some areas that shouldn't have been that hard almost impossible (the first room with the spiked ball almost made me give up, the cameras were so bad).

Overall, a fun game, but the camera angles needed work. It should have been an artistic choice, not a game mechanic, otherwise the player should have had some control over it. Perhaps allowing the player to choose camera angles rather than having them hard-wired, or choose between a set of angles.

Has potential, huge potential.

No.1 The bugs. There were many glitches in the game, sometimes some body parts would disappear, usually feet, once she didn't even appear on one camera in a maze. Few times it happened that I was able to peek through walls. One of the orb was non-collectable. The perception was off in some cases, e.g. on one camera I was standing on the edge and on the other on a middle of a path, another time with spikes I could clearly see it was in the middle of a path and I was decent distance from it and on the other step I appeared to be closer than I thought.

No.2 The design. The areas were very... unsatisfying. They seemed as if you left them on the prototype step. You could easily made it into something much better... bigger (walking through the streets, through a building).

No.3 The story. In the first levels there were no sign of any story behind this and even at the end it was very vague.

Overall this game I'd rate unfinished.
