The Cannibals are coming in 10 days!

In that time you must build your economy to keep Robinson healthy, sane and happy, but most of all, prepare a fortress so when the cannibals come, you are defended.

This game was made in 3 days from scratch by "Team Happy Shack" for the July Newgrounds Game Jam.



i dont know whats more annoying, this or the sims!

its a good game, but once you lose one bar of health thing, thats it, the rest just rapidly speed up and you die real quick... exactly like the sims, when you make him happy with one thing, he gets unhappy in another etc, really annoying, would have been better to have made the days longer, so the energy bars would decrease in speed.... lots to do in it, i just cant really advance, as i keep dying from everthing :(


This game must be a parody of another game I have played... :D I think it was survival island or island survival II...

Awesome game

I like the whole idea of being given a set amount of time and a goal; and you have to construct buildings to support resource production.
I generally enjoyed this game. You definitely should have had a the "Free Play" though, so people could really get a chance to explore the island without rushing.
I'd say this is an amazing product of three days of work.
Keep up the good work.

Amazing but...

You need to fix some stuff. It took a full sleep away for just killing a deer and the meat didn't even give me a inch on the hunger scale. Plus the coconuts don't help thirst. Why not, they are mostly liquid. I understand it suppose to be hard but it seems almost impossible.

As with everyone else I think the meters deplete too fast. And I did find one or two bugs that seemed to crash the page but I can't say for sure. However, considering that you made this game in 3 days I am very impressed. Unfortunately you do realise that now you've made this game everyone will want an even bigger and better one? including me. In that case let me make a few suggestions. Longer time period or more of a free play? The dog is almost completely useless (apart from being cute) teach it to hunt, a companion in combat or dig for treasure (something). I don't know if anyone else had this problem but I found that the farm of apple trees did nothing. More renewable food resources? More water sources? Maybe weapons? A way to build weapons? Other (friend/foe or both) survivors? Maybe a way to carry more supplies? Animals to hunt that fight back? And more room to explore. Either way great job. I will be looking for a sequel.
