For the first piece of work
Pros:
Buildings - pipes, antennas, cables, construction rigs.
Flying cars - definitely cool.
Depth - Good job on the depth.
Liveliness - Good to see a living city.
Cons:
Background : -.5 The sky could use more a gradient.
Buildings : -1 Some advertisements, neon lights, windows, smoke from industrial output.
Cyberpunk feel : -.5 Feels like there is not enough punk in this cyberpunk city. It looks like a pretty sci-fi city, but not fully cyberpunk.
Music : -.5 Midi-like music seems out of place.
Overall:
I love cyberpunk stuff, and would like to see more cool work from this artist. Keep it up.

Your ideea with the advertisements, neon lights, windows, smoke from industrial output are really good, il add them if il have the time to improve this.

I like the silhouettes of the buildings and vehicles and the style of them. I'd like to see you do something longer, and if you could next time you put unfinished work on Newgrounds maybe putting WIP in the title so we know it's not finished or a work in progress. :)

This is a nice looking piece of work, you clearly have talent....Now write a decent script and make an animation.
