Walk :: Left or Right arrow key
Jump :: UP
Backflip :: Down + UP
Punch :: Ctrl
Baseball Slide :: Down + Ctrl
Shoot Weapon :: Spacebar
Leech Gun :: Z (copies an enemy's weapon for you to use)
Look up :: picture up
Look down :: repeat down

could definitively be a 10, but has bugs
I'm playing on a mac, latest safari and flash player.
There is a very annoying bug with the controls. They stick. I think it happens when you move and attack at the same time. I don't know if it has to do with my constellation (safari, OSX) or if it is a common problem.
Besides that, it looks and feels like a commercial game.
Great job, but check the controls.
