Not horrible, but nothing special

It's just fine. It's simple, but not addictive. It needs sounds. Also, the stars gives almost no extra points, so I think it's safer and more effective to stay still.

Not bad for the bare minimum.

I am not trying to be negative but there is nothing original here. I've seen this game a lot, though this one lacks any sound, music, graphics, just the simple cut and dry mechanics

Straight down the middle.

The fact of the matter is Newgrounds is where many, many, young and inexperienced (yet keen) animation and game makers practice and rehearse their skills so that the quality of their games get better and better. some fall at the first hurdle, but some also succeed first time with a game which oozes simplicity as it's charm. this is an example of the latter. Well done.

this is a nice switch. Kind of like an asteroids snake hybrid. My only suggestions are first, change the collision point on the dots you "eat." You have to touch the blank center of them to grab it and it just feels a bit awkward. Second, elaborate a bit. Maybe add some power ups and levels. Third, just add an instructional blurb. I didn't realize right away that I was supposed to use the arrow keys.
