Please give me as much info as possible and let me know what you would like to see in a space game. So far I have made it a horizontal , vertical and first person shooter. What would you like to see in trades or in shops? what upgrades and any backgrounds. Any help in developing my game would be appreciated and credited. Thanks!

You've got semi-decent graphics, but why limit us to one graphics setting?
Why the terrible interface?
Why the single song?
Why has this got ANYTHING to do with "The Last Starfighter" cult 80's movie?
The gameplay is uninspired and lacking in anything to keep the player entertained.
Also, I reccomend NOT re-using library objects out of lazyness.
When you press the fire button on the main menu, your life counter fires shots...

good start. Maybe make it a bit easier at the start of the game and give us the option of holding down the spacebar to continuously shoot (but tapping makes you shoot faster)
The menu text could also afford to be bolded a bit so it stands out a little more.
Can't wait to see the finished game.
not bad for a start
Movement seems slugish. Main gun shot are too small. Main gun should continusly fire when space bar is held down.
