I agree with previous reviewer. You started out good, but then it started to go downhill halfway through. The humor was a bit random and not the best imo, but keep trying and you'll be a pro one day!

PS: I liked the part where the clown ran into the wall.

Its not a bad submission, but you got a long way to go if you want to be a pro. Though, improvement in sound, drawing, and frame rate would make this a really good fanmade animation.
