Well, this is game is awfully familiar
Blatant rip off of Ragdoll Cannon, 3 because it was still a fun game, but no originality, sorry.
Not enough ragdolls.
If you fire enough they start to disappear. You should try reworking you code. You could try treating each ragdoll as a unique object/class with it's own functions and propeties instead of puting them in array (if that is what you did).
