Our regular dose of social criticism
I feel a bit divided in the inside. This game got great content, yet there were those parts I truly hated (and I'm hopefully not dinging any spoilers if I tell all of them were involving spikes, buzz saws, oil or water...). I know this is not that kind of game, but I say the level design would be less frustrating, if we shouldn't repeat the same movements a hundred times to achieve success.
Probably I just liked more the way of the old The Game (more "joke", less "game"). And as I said before the content is awesome. Mixing flash game allusions and public life made a great impact on me :).
So... Though I tought about ragequit sometimes, there is work in this game, it engaged me for a long time, and I had fun, so this is a nine.
I just made michael jackson as a guy in this game! LOL.
I've got to remind myself not to give tens too often, but this gem snatches away my choices.
Oh the marvel.
Oh the drama.
Oh consarn it you made me lose The Game... again!
The acrid mix of dark humour, devious platforming, political satire and sugarless coffee breaks, topped with a world-ending final battle makes this the sweetest bit of bittersweet "This Is Your World"-ery I've come across in a long time.
And the music!
I'll be whistling/humming that tune for a while.
INFINITE NOBEL PRIZE
good thing I got all achievements before you turn on the easy mode. I feel so proud of myself now.
PROBLEM RAGE QUITER?
INFINITE APPLAUSE to you, buddy!
Was not expecting
the ponies. :D
Also, that smoke-monster platformer section needs to be its own game.
