SO AWESOME

It seems very interesting. There are a few things I'd like to hit on first. Some of the sprites are just in serious need for improvement. The shading on the villains and on the transformation could be a lot better. I noticed that some were two shades, and for some not even two only one shade. Same goes for a few of the forms, but then some of them are just recolors of the character. Avalanche Sonic was very interesting, but then again the way the sprite looks makes the difference and it could use a serious revamp. And, that leads to another thing. I was thinking that a few of the heroes and villains sprites design could be a lot better as well.
Onto the art. You have a lot o potential for animating drawings but my advice is do not use the gradient tool for coloring the characters. I also saw that you had some of the hands not drawn correctly either, I suggest looking at your own hand to learn how to draw hands.
One last thing; for some reason it seemed to be in low quality when it was supposedly set to high. I don't know if it was intentional or not.
Overall though, this was very well done. A few minor things such as the character designs and the seemingly low quality, you animated this very well regardless and did a very good job. I give you a 2.5 due to impressive animation work but not a full 5 due to the viewing quality and come wrong coloring. Hope this helps and that you don't think I'm being too harsh.
