thanks. i had a lot of trouble trying to make my animated gif have a transparent background. but for some reason it was white so i used this site to tranparentize it. i found it a lot easier to make the animations such as (walking, lips moving) there own independent animation, then putting those animations on motion tweens. because forget doing the animation of each thing while in the main animation at the same time. any ideas?
