This is based on a South Park character creator I saw on the web a week ago.
You can make your own Powerpuff Girls style character, choosing from many combinations of expressions, hair, etc.
Hope you enjoy playin with it :)
Dress up featuring a Power Puff character flash. Uses a menu selection instead of drag and drop. It needs many more prop choices. Adding a way to interact with your creation would be Top Notch.
Pretty extensive PPG character creator for the time, but feels oh so old school flash with the gradient blue all over the place.
A mediocre dress up game that's slightly better that the others that came out around the time since it doesn't use the drag and drop feature, but rather the menu selection feature. There wasn't much variety between the choices though, save for a small color change.
