Pretty fun

General idea was good, and I enjoyed the part where he fought his hallucination near the equipment locker. I feel like you could do well to expand on that premise in any continuation.

It's clear that a lot of effort was put into this, and the combat isn't that bad. Most points here are going for the general premise, and a few interesting effects.

You missed out a lot of details that could have made this better, little things that would have appealed to me. For example, when he kills the bandage-wearing agent, the agent flips him off. I would have liked it better if you did a little more with that, perhaps having the main character cutting off the finger in a kind of Grindhouse style moment.

tomtyke responds:

actually, that bandaged agend is going to be a reaccuring charachter, i'm going for a more, "cyberpunk" world, so that agent is going to be returning in the next one to get the protagonist with some pretty sweet armour and energy weapons

simple lovely but...

I really love the character development in this piece, its quite rare for madness...
okay, the one of the most cool in this shorty was (beside the fighting) the flashback. i like how u put into artistic sense to it, using scribble lines etc.

what i dissapointed in this was that u use the same ol' madness side view approachment. by seeing ur ability to animate, you should move on to normal animation which will be so much more original and aesthetic value.

overall, keep doing what u do best, but move on to the next level... :D

tomtyke responds:

that is what alot of my friends say, but, sadly, i've only been animating for abot 12 months, and have yet to take a lesson on it (i really should get onto that). so what i can do is extremely limited. i am however doing some persoal experiments with distances and 3d panning..... but in 2 years im going to be in 2nd year uni with an elective of animation, so expect quality to take a jump then ;3

I don't know what you can do, but things are too slow...
And it's not my computer.
Nice, but do shorter next time.

tomtyke responds:

i've actually disliked other madness because they try to cram too much into a small time frame, but, each to their own

Absolute maze of a story.

The plot and how much that guy just slipped behind didn't give much depth, but the fact that there we're some great comic style story is alway's good, kind of seemed like Dead Space 2 with Batman: Arkhum Asylum, but that's why I thought it's worthy of Krinkels standards. Good job.

tomtyke responds:

uuuuh... what?

by maze do you mean complex and interesting or long and confusing? because i wouldn't have chosen maze to decribe anything.....

soooo... thanks? i think....
