This wasn't made by this guy... There was a comic made by some guy, which was about Dratini wanted to become friends with Charizard and Gyrados. Beacuse he was a dragon too. But they laughed at him. Then "Part 2" Dratini evolved into Dragonair but they still made fun of him... The end. There was no "Part 3" But then a some "fan" made his own "Part 3" Just a comic... then THIS guy put some voice over and this "Comic animation" was made. The original comic was uploaded to "www.pokemoncomics.net"
