Color contrast needed to stand out better.
I didn't have the same problems about figuring out what to do as some others, as I read the comments and the How To Play before jumping into it. My issue is that the obstacles were often colored so similar to the background that I had much difficulty making out what I was actually supposed to do until it was too late. The Thus the gameplay, for me, was about squinting my eyes at the screen and playing around with all of the brightness and contrast settings just to make the game more playable. If not for that, I had no problems with the game. Simple, charming, just the right speed, and the art and music were both fitting for the theme.
Originally I was going to rate this game 6
But the music of the 3rd level was so friggin epic I just couldn't do that, sad it's the only one not present in the song bank. Also the graphics and expressions are designed in a very professional way, honestly.
It has some graphics, but jumps are to hard, like You didn't even test this game before sharing.
It could have done with better instructions
I completely failed at my first try, and it wasn't until I looked down into the comments that I realized that you weren't supposed to simply jump over everything. I know you left instructions but they're very unclear on what exactly it is you're supposed to do. The last two rocks also looked a bit too similar so that was also confusing.
For those with the same problem-
In level 1, press up for the ^-shaped rock and down for the V-shaped one.
In level 2, same for both rocks, press left for the W-shaped rock.
In level 3, press right for the small stone.
After you get that, the game is very easy and a pretty good time killer, very good for less than 72 hour production. The music is very good and the art is surprisingly fluent and pretty.
Great art/music, fails at everything else.
The art was really nice, music was fine, but the game itself fails. There is no scoring system, and the obstacals are a laugh to begin with. I sat here spamming up and down and passed, often landing inside said obstacles. Very buggy.
