Are you familiar with the computer game Minesweeper? We
kept the intellectual charm of a logical puzzle and added
a new and dynamic living environment. Honeycomb are used
as a game field, and bees play the role of the mines.
At the beginning of the game the cells are completely covered
with wax. The goal of the game is to open all of the cells
as quickly as possible while trying not to be stung by a bee.
You can open the cells by clicking of the left mouse button,
also you can mark the bees by press the SPACE button.
Each bee produces honey, therefore yellow "honey" rises
in the neighboring opened cells around the bee. Each cell
contains as much honey as the number of bees around it.
Do not be afraid if you see the queen bee after a move. The queen
is quite harmless and can be opened by clicking of the left mouse
button. The queen bee feeds on honey, so all five cells under
the queen don't have yellow "honey", even though the bees can be
sitting around.
Not bad, but not good enough either
Basically a twist on minesweeper, as described, but:
Not very innovative.
The quality of the images is pretty bad, and the hexagons are small. If you stretch it everything looks even worse. Somehow the look of it is kind of "old" but not in a good "retro" way.
An the animations also look like a bad early 80s game.
Sorry, I bet you put a lot of work into this...
This was simple, and sweet.
you've taken a classic, and given it some life instead of a cold, emotionless board with an overdramatic smiley. I liked this, and the grid at the top as a bee indicator was a nice touch considering there are no numbers to show bees. The theme remains constant, with no out of place tools here and there. Kudos!

I'm a fan of minesweeper, and this is cute and all, but I don't see alot of people playing this. Don't get me wrong, it looks pretty well done, and it's more fun that Call of Duty 5, but that's that saying much.
It gets an eight, because I've seen the work that goes into something like this.
