i remember this game!
vector rush was fantastic! i honestly didn't think the shooting part of this game would be any fun because i liked rush so much. But i know now that the shooting part was all that rush was missing. i love it! this game is perfect to play when over tired!
you've already made a game i thought couldn't get any better and you made it better. THANK YOU!
thanks for the positive response.
I've started to think that there's really 2 different games at the heart of vector-rush and vectrix - the first one being an avoider game and the second a shooter. I could develop it further in both of those directions, but probably not in the same game.
I like both types of game so I'm thinking about forking the development off into 2 different streams. I'll probably focus on the shooter first though 'cuz I don't think I got the balance quite right in this one: as soon as Adobe's 3D flash-player is distributed I can ramp up the number of enemies, which is what it really needs (as some reviewers have pointed out).
that is some crazy stuff right here , when your ship or whatever you play as speeds up , music starts kicking ass and all the objects on screen are blurry - i like this game.
Quite wonderful! You were able to merge the two games together very well! Though, it is challenging for those playing for the first time because of the initial speed being more than moderately fast. Keep up with the good work! Love these retro games!
This game is awesome! The concept was very spectacular amazingful and epic, but I kept running out of ammo! So far i had no bug or glitch problems in the game! I loled hard when I read Thursfield's comment! The comment was "Yes, yes I did. I came" As soon as I read that I was like wtf, but then I laughed for a while! This game rocked my world!
there definitely needs to be more ammo: the thing is in order not to unbalance the gameplay, more ammo requires more stuff to shoot at - well thats all good, but I need to find a way to achieve it without lagging.
