Interesting game
Like the clean graphics, the self made sound effects were fun.
Just for those of us who can't read kanji(sp) make the power up balloons a different color for each power it dose. I'd suggest red for health, green for shield, and perhaps a gold or even flashing white/black baloon for the one that kills all enemies on the screen

For a first game this is pretty good. I really liked the sound effects. The visuals and the music need to be worked on a little more.
