The Thorenzithan scientists have landed shuttles on one of the cyborgs towers and stolen parts from it needed to get their ship to Earth. Their ship is surrounded by particle formers that can form a wormhole like the Earth habitat but their ship is on a much smaller scale.
With the only way down damaged and a malfunctioning tower thanks to these Thorenzithans, CY10 and other tower workers are trapped and the only way off the tower and to the aliens ship to destroy the stolen parts is by using one of the Thorenzithan shuttles.

Game Breaking Glitch
when on the ladders 2nd level (where the key-scan door is) if you hold tab and click to the right of the door, you will be placed in an inescapable game breaking room, presumably part of a cutscene or event.
I give you a 0 for not double checking your buttons and variables. Sorry.

fun but stuck
i've picked up the pipe thing and got into the place where I use the pipe top pry the valve and i see blue steam come out and I've done that over and over but can't do anything else anywhere. Walkthrough would be nice.

Try looking at the top of the tower. Hint, you need to be quick.
