Before you start Solitaire - make a wish. When guessing, try to refrain from extremes. Not worth much to be something like "I want to be Peace in the World!" or "I want the morning sun rose", in such cases the end result will be absolutely not correct.
To start a few times shuffle the deck. After distribution in the lower right corner there is an open card, which can be moved (if it is not ace). Take it with mouse and drag the appropriate field (for example: a queen in the "QUEENS", six in the "SIX") and release of one of the "closed" cards. They swapped. Everything is repeated again. Aces are not moved. Soliter is over and the result will automatically appear as soon as in right-hand column would be four aces.

Neat idea, could be conducted better.

I don't really set much stock behind this fortune-telling stuff, so you'll excuse me if I don't comment on that portion of this. In essence, this is a luck-based game, very similar to other solitaire games I've played, and it works well as an end to a means. The game is also very well designed. However, your grammar isn't very good, and I would ask you to have someone perhaps more comfortable with English to proofread your work, as I get the feeling you aren't a native speaker. As already stated, some background music would also be nice, perhaps something soothing and otherworldly. That said, this isn't a bad game, especially since it's an end to a means.

Its kind of boring

I could use some music while playing this really boring. Try making the game more fun like adding a auto button. That way, you feel like you got a reading from someone. I can't really think of anything that could make it better. This is one of these games that don't hit and is not going to stick on the minds of people. But HELL its better than Superman 64.
