My playthrough of the game, with creator notes:

Made this in two weeks for fun. The game is by no means perfect, but I tried my best and it was a learning experience. The game autosaves after every level but for some reason the level select only shows what you've done when you refresh the page. Also Merry Christmas.

Anything else important that I should say in this description is better said in the video link above.

Thanks Tom, Luis, and Psycosis91 for Flash ad stuff! Completely new to me.
And thanks to Tom again for the front page :D

100,000 views? Really? I didn't want that many. I'm glad this isn't on the front page anymore.

i bet a papercut wouldn't send you back to where you came from.
also not the most original concept, although picking up your spawnpoint was a nice add

I thought it was a fun game, controls responded fine for me. A bit of a light touch is needed, but nothing stuck. Using Firefox, so the browser thing might be true.

Level 19 was a nice change from all that nasty thinking I had to do for the other levels XD

I have a weak spot for this kind of music, and it definitely meshes well with the art.

The color difference between the two endings was a nice touch - it's a small change, but for some reason was able to make the dark ending depress the heck out of me while the light ending was, well, light.

The message thing was kind of mean, but funny all the same. I spent a good few minutes trying to get the third(?) coin before giving up and moving on, just to have you tell me I could pick up the respawn >:O

You attempt at scenery at the end was kind of nice - if you make more games in the future, having some of that around wouldn't be too bad.

For something made in two weeks, it really isn't bad. If you put some thought into a concept and story, and really spent some time developing it, I think you could really make something pretty cool.

i spent 50 min trying to beat level 19... 50 min of my life i had planed to spend sleeping as it is now almost 3 a.m. almost an entire hour spent on 1 level. I would be more charitable with the score but thats just crazy.

the mechanics worked well
the controls... honestly weren't that bad, slightly awkward but i got used to it
each level was fun to play except for level 19
nice touch on the slightly different endings

over all average, fun to play but nothing really special.

Nice message

The majority of the levels are engaging and fun. I thought that there would be a few more levels with increasing difficulty after level 18 and not just a near impossible level with extremely excessive amounts of death spikes. The ending message the game leaves the player with is nice, and gives an interesting view on the game as well as real life. However, I'm not sure how many people will ever get to read it. Those who have need to go outside after doing so because they have clearly spent way too much time in front of a computer screen. It makes me wonder how many kids are going to rage after playing this game for a while.

The one thing that ruins the game...

The actual idea for the game isn't had, it's just the sucky control that makes the game nearly completely unplayable. The scheme isn't the bad part, but the fact that you can't go three steps without the game forcing you to go three more, resulting in you dying. But take comfort in knowing that the controls are still better than the controls for the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde game.

Again, the actual idea of the game is great, and if it wasn't for the control sticking continuously, I would have given this an actual score, most likely 7/10 or something.
