Sure the animation coudl be less choppy, but I think the silence actually SUITs it@ ;)

This is my first attempt to create a flash movie; done for my digital art class.

Thanks for all the helpful reviews everyone. We had our critique today and I throughly impressed the hell out of my instructor, haha. I'll be revisiting this in the near future, adding music, reanimating some of the clumsier bits, and redrawing a few things. Again thanks for the reviews, they are definitely helpful.
Needs More Madness (And Sound, too).
You really do got somethin' here, but this Flash animation comes off more as a rough sketch than a finished product. And the addition of some macabre music would have given it more ambience.

You're starting pretty well, but you need to work on a few things.
first and most obvious is the lack of sound.
Next, a preloader would be nice.
The last thing you should work on is your animation, instead of just moving each part side to side and rotating try changing it so it moves together instead of just the one part moving (assuming you've learned how to tween)

For your first attempt. But the animation could be a little more fluid. Also maybe sound? But you deff. have some creativity into it!

it good but here is the things you need to know:
it NEED a prelaoder
and dont forget that it animation it not only moving images but changing them too for example at begining the guy with his long hair you just move the image of his hair change it so we can see taht it move in the wind
