Although I don't understand any Russian, it is interesting to me that this really happened on a radio station, and that you are the only person to capture and record this rare event!!!

Story:
Today, at 14:40 GMT+01:00 when listening to broadcast from UVB-76(A Russian radiostation sending nothing but buzzes 24/7 since 1982 with few exceptions rarely used to send some number messages) just as usual, i noticed that buzzing has stopped. Few minutes later the speaker started to read the coded message.
"Holy shit!" I thought, and started recording. Right after this i felt like god himself touched me. Me, just me heard one of the legendary rare UVB-76 broadcasts LIVE, AND RECORDED IT!
