One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.

Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.

In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?

truly a sad story

i love the strong feeling of wanting to spend time with your family as it might be the last chance to do so but at the same time their is a feeling that you can cure it

help me decifer my ending?

I found the cure on the last day
he injected himself then went over to his daughter but i cant tell if shes dead or not. because at the end her eyes our closed.

Pretty good, a few suggestions

Overall, I thought this was a quality flash, but a few things stood out to me in a bad way and detracted from the experience. The first thing I'd change about this game is the inclusion of the names of the characters. It's unnecessary, in my eyes, and ruins a bit of the immersion/the ability for the player to relate.

Some of the dialogue felt kinda cheesy.

The scene where your co-worker jumps off the building is more comical than anything else...not sure that you were going for humor there. The way he jumps and falls is ridiculous.

Disallowing replays to the best of your ability was a great decision and conveyed your message perfectly. I sat in front of my monitor for about 20 seconds after finishing the game, debating whether or not to clear my cookies to try again...and I decided not to. This is a solid art-game and I wouldn't want to circumvent the message you meant to send.

Very interestsing concept.

Life, unlike video games, has no reset button, and you did very well to show that. However, I would've liked to see how things would've turned out IF I didn't decide to work to try to find a cure. More options would have been nice, especially (please don't call me morbid) suicidal options. The world is ending, so I'd think that suicide would be an option for many people to take.

I actually thought this game was amazing. Very original with the fact that you literally only get 6 days. I tried to figure out a cure, so I didn't die, but it still felt like I didn't win. I mean sure I saved the daughter and the father, but what are they going to do with no life around them? Almost made me cry, but that's my opinion there. This game is amazing and for those of you who are upset that the creator only let you play it once, that's the point. You can only live life once, and you can't replay the day and redo things.
