PLAYING THE GAME IN LATE 2015?
Check out the news about a remake on my website!
Arrow keys to control.
Space Bar to interact.
One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.
Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.
In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?
"One Chance"My Ass it isn't! You CAN replay again.
I like the use of right music that fitted well with the situations in the game. I also loved how you made multiple endings that refelcted on the mood the player felt when in a complex situation of really having one chance to attempt at playing the game. I love how serious the game seemed even being in sprite graphics. And I loved the overlay and how it comforms nicely to the look of the ever-changing world, transitioning from green to the old and dying. You have succeeded in making an emotionally moving game.
Some things did bug me, however. The playable character moves too slow, there is limited decision making choices, and their are very little character developement from some of the supporting characters, not much interacting with the environment, and some of the scenes seem to mellowdramatic like the man jumping from the rooftop. A little more tears would've been great.
But, however, I have found a flaw within the system that allowed me to repeatly play the game on the same computer. As it turns out, if you play this game on Internet Explorer while on InPrivate browsing, you will alway be able to play the game as if a new user everytime. InPrivate would seem like a new computer system with no saved memory to the game every playthrough. So once again, InPrivate browsing triumphs again.
I like this game but its SUPER depressing and would make a great tragic movie were instead of dieing at work he should go to his wife a sisters grave lie down and die their. :)
Well very interesting...I have found the endings where you fail to find the cure on the last day in the lab...the one where you find the cure and you and your daughter are alive...and that's pretty much it, it seems that only way to get that is if you work every single day possible...or you will fail one way or another...so I think it certainly needs a more in depth explanation after that and I can understand why you would want only one chance and so you wouldn't want them to reset it but as I have found from other people you can cheat and do that...but anyways...good idea and...hopefully you can work on something else where you will understand what the hell happens and such but anyways...I think I won the best way you could...since I didn't give up and jump off the building...so not bad for a little game great idea and relationships between your family and coworkers and I think it has potential for something more and of course much more advanced.
wow its stupid you dont put a reset
i wanna see what happens if i work on a cure id give it a 10 if it had a reset option
Great Game, I Really Think That This Would Make A Great Movie Too
The story of a lazy kid and the people who live at his place. Sometimes stuff happens.
Eskimo Bob, he eats lots of fish!
A show about goths and kids trying to be goth.
