Made this game really fast In TGF2 After finishing tutorial, And it's not half-bad, but it's not a masterpiece. If you spend quality time on this program you can make some great games.

A decent first attempt

I'm gonna give you some props for going and putting your stuff out there, and for a first game, it isn't horrible, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

For one, the mouse-controlled shooting is something that's incredibly inconvenient. It would be a whole lot easier to just have it controlled by a letter key.

The control button seems like a questionable choice for the jump button. It just makes is awkward, as most people aren't used to using it to make the character jump. My fingers felt strange in the positions they were in.

The last thing I'd fix would be the annoying acceleration. I know you're trying to make it authentic, but I struggled to build up the speed to make some of the jumps. It became more of a chore than fun platforming to try and make it to the end of each level.

I'd go in and delve into some more intermediate or advanced methods of making games with TGF2, as it's a very versitile program, and I feel like you've barely scratched the surface.

Control Scheme needs work

Generally it is not a good idea to use the arrow keys and the mouse. If you need to use the mouse to shoot, movement should use wasd keys. Also, the ctrl key is awkward to reach from the arrow keys. Using up or w to jump would be a tighter control scheme.

If you want to keep movement on the arrow keys, I would recommend using up to jump, and spacebar to shoot.

I'm not sure about the paid addition, but the free version only limits movement to arrow keys and jump to either shift, ctrl, or up + left/right. I made it ctrl because with up + left/right requires the tank to be moving when it jumps, and shift is just about the same as ctrl. Sorry
