Experimentation?

I can understand if that's all you're trying to do. As for photoshopping, the job isn't done badly. Neither is the adding music. The music itself is quite peaceful.

I can't exactly give a good fair score, because I can't judge at what you were aiming for, because it doesn't exactly seem you were aiming for anything. So, just some miscellaneous tips that affect just about everything:

How about making it longer? We like seeing things that are interesting, as long as they aren't incredibly short or incredibly long. Something on a continuous three second loop isn't the best...=/
Destroy all lag if you can. It's not obvious I see a movie lag, especially one like this, but strangely, it does. Lag kills scores, especially for something that is practically nothing anyway.
Diversify. If you have no ideas, just add random pictures? Dancing Bananas riding on an elephant---hilarious. Just take the most random things you can, add a background, and it can be hilarious. This had a more serene, serious feeling to it, but it's difficult to get the full effect from three seconds of continuous play.

In all, I can understand that you were just experimenting, but even with just this, you can create something hilarious. Not bad, since it was an experimentation, but I don't exactly think it'll pass.
