We are trying to bridge the gap between being funny and making a point, while doing both well. This is the most exciting episode we have worked on so far, and we hope you like it. What do you think the real story of Hanukkah is about?

not bad

most of the content was funny but the moral altered the effect for me, almost felt like i'd been tricked into watching an info video lol. good story in general though :)

KosherJoe responds:

Hi Brocklez, that is interesting that you mention the moral. What do you think the moral was, and why did it take away from the episode? Did you disagree with it, or does it hit too close to home?

Needs work

Your main problem was animation quality and detail, most of the frames were either
A. Lips are moving out of sync with words
(try making the script, animating, THEN recording if you arn't already doing so. This process may have better results from what i've seen)
B. Mostly their head area was making all the motion
(everything else was still and lifeless or "flat", try to add motion and life to your animations even if it seems small and unneccessary ranging from camera movement to breathing or even someone doing something in the background.)

Animation, especially the REALLY good types, is NOT supposed to be simple or easy, and lack of motion and detail will result in almost litteraly "Flat" soda.

Note: it could be the funniest animation ever, or even one thats trying to tell everyone that (for example) the apocalypse is coming and what to do to survive. But if the quality is poor, thats like a story of almost any sort without a hook.
QUALITY AND DETAIL ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS TO ANIMATION
always keep that in mind

KosherJoe responds:

Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree with you. I am a one person animation team, so I have to cut back in certain areas. I hope to add more detail in the future and make each episode better than the last.

Umm...is that how's it supposed to end?

I tried to play it a few times....same thing happens...it just stopps. Dunno if that is an error glitch. But I had to give a 5 if that's where it ends. But not bad.

KosherJoe responds:

The episode ends with the "nemesis" saying, "I'll get you Kosher Joe, just you wait". Did you get that far? Thanks for the feedback.
