Humour is good, I guess.

You have a dark sense of humour, which I like. Unfortunately, I didn't like much else.

Far be it from me to vote your submission down based on the art, but you may still want to practice a bit. Nonsense is also good; this is a little too disjointed to tell a story, and not disjointed enough to be considered complete nonsense, though. Fill in the gaps with more lines from Random Guy, or add more nonsensical violence (possibly involving a cat pogrom?) Overall, this needs improvement.
