Haven't really been in the animating mood lately so, here is my half-assed Halloween animation!
Overall, not so good quality.
The linework isn't so smooth, usually try to zoom in 200% when drawing the lines.
The background is really pixely (try using the flash preferences to make the smoothing options on the image better). Audio wise the quality was horrible. And it's really a bad idea to make the static sound happen on the main frame.
Try improving, your getting better.

you nailed the "holy crap what happened to the TV" look perfectly. one question though: why is the file size so big for such a short movie?
To be honest, I have no idea! I guess it is because I used kind of big video files and sound files
