I've been really enjoying your stuff so far and this looks amazing, perhaps a newgrounds classic once it is finished. Your finished product will no doubt be a masterpiece. Awards, fame, all that stuff is what I predict.
I don't know if it's just my love of Ennio Morricone's music here, but I found this whole thing mildly entertaining & like to see more.
The animation style is great too (although there isn't too much movement), & fit perfectly with the music.
It's hard to say what to improve on - it looks like the perfect teaser to a cartoon series.

I Loved the drawing style, really fits the soundtrack, but actually the whole thing is a bit messed up and (almost) gets nonsense. Yeah that's the way :D
Only one thing: a preloader and a "stop();" at the last frame would be opportune.
