A classic tic tac toe
The art and graphics could be spiced up a tad, good and fun just like you have presented here in this particular version a classic game for sure some decent visuals and the idea of it on a flash like format is a nice idea too so really nice work indeed, gotta love these classics anyways keep at it.

well......
for tic-tac-toe....you can't do much so..... it's not your fault it's average, it's just that tic-tac-toe is average.
well
for tic tac toe this is okay... but there are a few problems
no bgm ( -1 )
badly drawn (-2)
occasional glitch where you would click somewhere but piece would not place... giving cpu a second turn ( - 3 )
lack of interest ( its tic tac toe, so i wont take off points for this )

its a start
But you know you have to bring a lot more in to have tictactoe being interesting on NG. It also has a bug where the cross doesnt always show. Improve graphics and maybe some scoresystem.

Nothing special, but it does play fine. Good job on following the tutorial though, more then I can say I've ever done :) . Start using more advanced tutorials and you'll be doing great stuff in no time flat :)
