Robot Wants Ice Cream

Fed up with Kitty's shenanigans, Robot ejects him from the spaceship and flies off to Happy Ice Cream Planet with Puppy for a treat. When they arrive, things are not as they had hoped...

This is the grand finale of the Homerian epic Robot Wants saga, and you don't want to miss the SHOCKING TWIST ENDING. It's like M. Night Shyamalan, but no evil plants. And Robot wasn't dead all along. But otherwise, it's totally that.

Use the arrow keys to move. Collect power-ups to gain firepower and blast through enemies. Once you can shoot, X is the fire button. If you get a power-up and didn't pay attention to how it works, mouse-over the power-up icon for more information.

Click on "Normal" difficulty to change to "Madcap" before starting a new game if you want a real challenge (difficulty changes don't affect a game in progress). If you breezed through past Robot games, you're going to want the terror of Madcap Mode.

Extra keys:
P to pause
-/+ to change volume
0 to mute

If the game doesn't run, you may have to update your Flash player!

Now that's more like it!

I expressed concerns in the last game over how it looked like you were losing your edge, but you really knocked it out of the park this time. The huge problem that plagued the last game - tons of completely useless collectibles and shortcuts that were no more than a waste of time - was fixed brilliantly by making every single collectible useful in some way. Were many of the powerups on the sidepaths total cons and timewasters? Oh absolutely, but I felt like I was being rewarded for exploration anyway.

Fantastic. Simply fantastic. If you're serious about this being the very last entry to the series, then I don't think you could have done a better job.

P.S. I literally laughed out loud at the final boss.
P.P.S The bananarang is made of win.

I missed one flight-length powerup. And was only able to clear all the ice cream on one side.

Wish there was another in this series. A spaceship you rebuild then travel to some other planets would be the perfect way to continue the scope progression that's been set.

Maybe Robot Wants Everything

or Robot Wants Robot. searching for a mate
