argh! ;D

i found this to be an enjoyable game, although i havent finished it yet, i intend to
only flaw is the game constantly freezes, so i get mad and stop playing :/
i especially love how the cutscenes r in comic book style, nice :D
also, i dont know if i hav all the map pieces, or if the game didnt save them, and nothing shows u wich u r missing Dx
id say the freezing is the only bad thing about it :)
but maybe next time ull wanna add som extra seamen to ur poop-deck XD jk :)

All I can do is echo the review below me.
After upgrading the game became unplayable.
One action, freezw and repeat.
Other than that, I was enjoying it.

The game does not like you upgrading...

Every time I went to the upgrade menu - regardless of actually upgrading or not, the game would slow down a lot upon leaving. It would take sometime over a minute before the game returned to normal speed. Furthermore, only the very first upgrade I chose (the health increase) saved. Despite spending points on attack strength and defense, at the start of the next level, those upgrades disappeared. No skill points were added, the upgrades just vanished. I think you need to do a bit more Beta testing, work out more kinks, and try again.

Not bad

Graphics are nice. Music is ok. Fun for a while.

It's pretty cool, but

It leaves the player with too many guess and check situations. If you jump to the only possible platform in sight, you end up landing there and noticing you could have reached another secret area with a star, or another path or something. There's no pre-perception involved with many of the secret platforms, and you have to completely reset the level in order to reach all of them. Not really something to improve on, I just personally found it annoying
