Thank you so much for putting this on newgrounds for us!
BEST GAME EVER
i've never laughed so hard in my life!
Nice one bringing it to Newgrounds.
I have been playing this game for a while now. I think people are very quick to judge and therefore it has a lower score than it should have.
As far as I'm concerned it is one of the best online multiplayer flash games that the internet has to offer. It saddens me that people wont give it a chance and just 0 bomb it because "UGH I CANT DO THIS!" or "WHY DOES THIS DO THAT?".
I am asking people to please have a think over it before you vote, maybe check out the full game and server or just play a little longer.
*Also Mokevo you were obviously afk for more than 10 minutes so it kicked you out of the game, you will have to take it up with Tigrounette or email them if you cant get it to work*
The finest things in life: Cheese... and an avil.
This is a simple yet awesome game: You are a mouse. There's cheese in the room. You need to get some cheese and take it back to your hidey-hole.
But it's not _that_ simple. In getting that cheese into your home, you may also have various obstacles in your way. Rooms may include a number of obstacles that could easily find their home inside your favorite 2d platformer -- bombs, inaccessable platforms, bottomless pits -- solid, classic platforming all the way.
However, your biggest obstacle may not be the stage, oh no. Because, you see, when you play Transformice, you don't play alone. You play with other players, all controlling other mice with the same basic goal as you. And thus, your biggest obstacle may well be your fellow mice.
You'd think that with enough cheese to go around for everybody, there wouldn't have any inter-player problems, but... the game proves that this isn't always the case. Rickey bridges, teeter totters, narrow passages; not a big deal for a single mouse, but when a dozen or so try to go through all at once, it's a recipe for disaster.
Yet it's this seemingly frustrating co-op/competitive system that makes Transformice so unique, and so much fun to play. It's an exercise in teamwork, a lesson in the human condition, and an insight into the collective mind that is the Internet, and yet it's also a fully-functional web game, and kudos to the programmers for making it.
Also, if you ever encounter the Anvil God... run fast.
