Functional but with issues
I am not a fan of dress-up games so I was not going to enjoy this, however this one has several elements that make it irritating to use.
First the clothes do not "snap on", making lining up the clothes irritating at times. This feature is present in most games of this type.
Second the words and text are only click-able in their actual area, and those are very narrow lines I am clicking on. Making them click-able in the area near them would help.
Third, the music got a little irritating, I always prefer there to be the option to mute music without turning down my computer's volume, say if I wanted to listen to my own music.
Fourth, no matter where I up the cat get up, the ears or tails do not line up correctly, the tail seems too far down so that it looks like it is attached to his leg, not his posterior. This could well be a perspective thing but it is irritating.
Finally, I just cant see what some of these things are meant to be. The three lines are confusing me right now, as is the severed teddy bear head. These last two issues are art related and thus have a clear explanation.
The underwear gag was funny however

now first of this is actually my first working dress up game.. okay i just had flash for not a month i'm not new to the whole button thing. so if you don't like it then don't play it and at LEAST it's funtional... that's good enough for me to say i'm putting it on newgrounds UNLIKE my other one which it ... failed. i still need practice i know.. if i knew that kind of stuff i'd do it but no i don't.
oh yeah and if those clothes 'snaped on' where's the fun of putting them where ever you want them to be like pants on the head? or even sagging pants
and the cat ears thing... the tail trails of to the side it doesn't start between the leg..

Sorry man but the animation is a bit crappy, and I got bored within 2 seconds when I started the game.

You should look at the girl dress up game websites. There are LOTS of dress up games out there, and you can compare your game to those already out there. I would suggest a mute button, please.
More clothing options if you want this game to be interesting.

umm... actually i'm lonesome cat i made this acount before dragonrider13025 made hers... i'd change my name to lonesome cat but i've gotten soo far... I'm dragonrider4567 there's a small difference. heh heh... but i'm a fan of her to.. and thanks.
