Hello!

This is my first game, bugfixed. Last time I submitted it, it was reeking of annoying bugs, which I hope I have ruled out this time for most of the time.

For the sake of playability I also tweaked the game mechanics a littlebit.

IMPORTANT! You may think that the green turbo power-ups cannot be picked up at times. That is because picking up that turbo would go beyond your current turbo meter, this is a convenient way for you to not waste your available power-ups. Also never maximizing your turbo will encourage you to use it.
