Features a timer to keep track of how long you have been playing, a total matches counter to keep track of how many matches you and another player have played, a total wins counter for each player to keep track of how many wins each of you have and a solid source code to back it all up.

Player 1: A key (Move Left) D key (Move Right) W key (Punch)
Player 2: Left Arrow key (Move Left Right Arrow key (Move Right) Up Arrow key (Punch)

Its not that bad :)

It just needs better graphics (shouldn't be too complicated but seriously don't put sticks) And if possible movement animations for walking... Oh right blocking too :) then you will deserve a 8 from me.

Blue > Red

I kept walking them both at each other and punching the shit out of myself. Oddly, every time I did this, the blue guy won.
Either my right finger is twitchier, or blue genetics somehow make superior boxers.

Yeah, the code was written out to be completely solid but some how there is just a natural defection in ActionScript 2.0. I'll patch it up and make the odds more even tomorrow.

Edit: Alright, gave a look at the code and a little testing with the fighting mechanic and the blue guy is indeed a little stronger then the red guy, but not with punching. He is able to somehow push the red player backwards yet the red player cannot push back. I'll have to take a deeper look at the problem a little later.

In my opinion, it needs more punches, and blockng. It needs blocking.

Yeah, I think that I always have everything to make a good game and then I forget that one fucking thing that effects the final result. :P I'll try and come up with something tomorrow.

Edit: Alright, gave it some thought and a little looking. I think that I might be able to program a blocking system into the game and perhaps a few more fighting moves. I'll see what I can do later, no promises though on if or when the update will be applied.
