This is ADORABLE! I love Pikachu! It was very creative to change his expression using different eyebrows. I also loved the electricity for his cheeks. I didn't give you the full 5 because I think that you could have used some backgrounds. It also would have been cute if you could draw him some little trousers or something to complete the outfit. That aside, great job!
