To explain

I must explain, I challenged this here chap to animate a cat on a pogo stick being chased by a zebra in a bipedal mech, in a graveyard full of tetris pieces. Unfortunately, it would appear that the cat has somehow fused with the pogo stick, but nonetheless, I believe he completed the brief, and deserves a 5/5 10/10

I want give this both a 0 and a 10, so I'll go 5. It is both random and funny, but it is also poorly drawn and repetitive.
