I liked it.
The music and the dancing was....how should I put this... entrancing. Yeah, it's got hypnotic properties or something. I thoroughly enjoyed this submission for its uniqueness and pure entertainment.
Happy to oblige. (:
This is cool movie!
But he has a strange feeling.
is yes, to short movie be!
I was disappointed to find out that this had nothing to do with animutation, as that is what I think of when I think about Colin Mochrie on Newgrounds. I did, however, think that it was alright. While it was nothing but an infinite loop, it was fairly good for that. I love how silly Colin looks and how he just fluidly moves his body around for no reason. The music was alright, I think I might have heard it here somewhere before. The motions themselves are so repetitive, you can get mesmirized by watching it! It looks like it's trying to imitate a flower, specifically one blooming.
Wow. A decent and accurate review from you?
Colin Mochrie FTW!
Well, that's a nice change - an upbeat piece of music, accompanied by a legend of the animutation scene through the years. Colin Mochrie really is a prince among men.
So, the animation was pretty psychedelic, a little repetitive and the musical loop got a little annoying after about 20 repetitions, but that's a minor thing that you could fix by making the file slightly larger. We've got a 10 meg limit and for Clock Day, no expense should be spared. Always think "what would StrawberryClock do?" and then do it even more, particularly with submissions on the 15th of August ;)
Thanks for the advice about swallowing knives - I'm trying to cut down.
I was just teasing you about the knives. Don't actually do that.
Thanks for the suggestions.
a single tear
well, i will admit the quality is decent, it's just there's no sustenance to this flash. Sure, the music is catchy, and the nostalgia for animutation past is abound, but there could be waaaaaaaay much more done. hecks, even a epilepsy inducing background could up the quality, but not by a magical ammount. good, but have seen much better.
On the tailside, the way this is named would make one believe this is a spamer's submission. So if i were to judge based on the artist rather than the submission, i think my score would be slightly askew.
