Happy belated clock day

Well, for clock day it's good enough to pass (hell, almost anything passes on clock day :P ) but on any other day this would've been blammed with the first 50 votes.

Anyway, I have seen much worse "first flash movies" so you at least did put some sort of effort into this flash. The very basics of animation is there, now you have to work on getting better.
Try adjusting the frame rate if you think your movie runs too fast (because this movie... well, it's way too fast) or include more pictures to your movie to let it run more smoothly.
For example, if you have done 3 or 4 pictures to create this movie, try doubling the amount and see how the movie runs then. It should be a lot slower and smoother.

You might also want to change the background colour, because this deep blue color doesn't look very good. You should chose a more transparent and brighter colour, so that the characters can be seen better (I hardly noticed the stick man at first).

Also, some sound effects would be a nice thing as well. A simple punch sound and a scream from StrawberryClock would be a good addition for example.

Gotta Love Clock Day

Well, what can one really say about this, except for it's a practice piece - there is animation there, so that's a start, but it needs to be developed. Take what you've learned and head forwards, with better drawing and the animation will come along soon.

Right, try to get some background sorted, to differentiate between the sky and the ground. That's a basic thing and then work on the drawing of the stick figure - use a slightly bigger pencil tool and zoom in for better control. Perhaps make it a manikin, then do some animation with separate parts of the being, as it punches Strawberry.

Some voices would be useful as well, so do a search for Speakonia, as that's traditional Clock faire. some sort of dialogue first would help, before the killing blow is struck. Then stop it from looping.

Zero...

The graphics are terrible, the animation is abysmal, no themes or story to speak of,
you have an excellent soundtrack consisting of nothing.

I could write about how you could improve,
but I am aware you created this solely for shits and giggles.

I think I'm going to have to down a full bottle of Johnny Walker Blue
to cleanse my mind of your terrible vision...

Sincerely,
- Celx

Not serious.

I can't find a single positive thing to say about this flash. Not one.

First off, the graphics. Really poor, seems like you've used the brush, line and curve tool. And a letter in there. The colours are really plain, and you've even erased some lines as you animated to get it done faster.

Animation... very scarce. Strawberry jumps up, and gets squished? I'm not sure what it's supposed to be, but it doesn't really look that good, so I'm just guessing here.

There is no audio, and there is no story to this.

My suggestion? Sit down, and take more than ten minutes to make a flash. Write a story. Character bios. Practice your drawing skills. And animating skills. Tweening doesn't make a great animator.
