Like like the trailer better

not what i expect. I a long flash with some great sorry and a long fight scene with super shadow and normal sonic. not some random battle with little story music video but hey can't win everyone exception specifically when it took 4 years.

The animation wasn't that bad but i thought it would be better but hey i shouldn't criticize you for that I'm no better my self, but I'm giving you a 5 for a least finsihing finishing it. It take a lot of will power to finish some thing like that.

It better than sonic vs nazo that for sure lol.

An Epic battle Between good and Evil!

for something you say took 4 years I could honestly think of 100 more things better you could do with your time. Whats the point of a writer? This story is that of Sonic Adventure. So its anything BUT original. As art wise. This basically was traced sonic X screenshots on a boring blue background.

Great animation but one thing..

I know this might make people rate this as a useless review but the thing is it another Dragon Ball rip off and the music dident fit so well on my opinion.
Im sorrrry this was original but extremly good and acurate animation!

'4' years in the making

I gotta' say, for an animation that not only was suppose to come out a year or so after Chaotic Battle and then held off about 4 years.. this is dreadful. This entire animation should of really been worked on from the ground up. Most of this was already seen from the trailer you three had on the website for the longest time. Did it never occurr that there should be a makeover at all? The only thing that wasn't shown was the fight between Knuckles and Chaos. I would of really wanted to see at least some improvement in animation, but it was a majority of tracing throughout it. I get its suppose to be a Sonic X animation, but you don't need to take the easy way out with it. I don't honestly know if you guys just really wanted to rush it out or what but if anything clean it up, or the next one that comes out in 2014.

Animation: [2/10] Templates from Snapshots and Clips and choppy
Music: [4/10] It's fine but it doesn't fit as well as the trailer did.
Effects: [3/10] 3dmodels, still pretty choppy though.
Design: [2/10] Not original, robots and backgrounds

This really should of been done back in 2007. It wouldn't of been looked down so hard knowing it took you guys this long to create only a few more scenes

At first, I didn't want to believe this was you.

I watched your trailer a few times, and I saw a much more promising project. The trailer was great, with a great deal of attention to the music and trying to fit a lot of excitement and suspense for us viewers. I see that this submission makes the 12th (?) for best of the week, and I wondered why. After viewing the flash, I can see that you were blessed to have that position.

Your positives were your animating, but even so, there were areas that just look awkward. Also, the movement felt extremely stiff and didn't quite capture any sense of speed. However, if your goal was to animate an entire sequence and tell a story, then you succeeded.

Now, in comparison to your trailer, this was a huge disappointment. The main reason? AUDIO. All you did was fill in the missing scenes and frames and just add a bunch of music to it. This flash suffered because of the lack of audio you had. I feel like you made a great decision in not having any voices, but what about the glass shattering? What about the missiles being fired? What about the airplane or the sound of Chaos breaking? If it's one thing I have learned through my college studies, it's that the audio is more important than the animating. Take "Sonic: Nazo Unleashed" for example. You and him are just about equal when it comes to animating. Honestly, I would say that he passes you, but not by much. However, he added sounds to each of his three part saga. Just having the sounds in his flash makes it 10 times better than this.

I'm splitting my score in two parts: Visual and Audio. The audio already receives a 0. You may have integrated music into this, but without the sound effects, it's just another AMV on youtube. For visual, I am awarding a 3. There were a bunch of awkward moments in not only your animating, but in your still moments, and the stiff movements did you no justice, especially for something you have supposedly been working on for 4+ years. 3/10

I'm looking to the side and seeing a score of 4.07 out of 5.... When you have work to prove that you can receive this score that isn't the trailer to this, let me know.
