Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of January we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 195 people to reach our January goal of 3,000 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in February!

Cells - The Siege

Hi there!
So, this animation took me about 1 and 1/2 to 2 months to make and it was originally made for Animation10, a national schools competition run by the University of Manchester. I submitted the animation to the competition and won two awards! KS4 Individual Highly Commended (3rd in my group) and Best Educational Film! The competition rules stated that it had to be linked to something in the national curriculum. So I based it on cells and the biology of the human body at a cellular level. I think it's my best animation yet and hopefully you guys will enjoy it too. Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated so that I can make my next animation much, much better! Thanks for reading :D

It was cool but I got lost at the end. I still liked it.

Kurai-Samurai responds:

Glad you liked it :D The end was when white blood cells were fighting viruses but one virus went for the blood cell.

to short

nice, but very short.

Kurai-Samurai responds:

Thanks, like I said to Magma-Plant, it had to be short. But, I plan to make my next animation (non-competition) a lot longer than this one :D

is's a shorty

Kurai-Samurai responds:

Yeah, It had to be a minute maximum for the competition.
