WARNING: There may be some glitches you experience due to the framerate slowing down, notably teleporting. If you have a slower computer try closing other programs first. We apologize for this and will fix it as soon as we can.

This is our submission for the 48 hour NG Game Jam 2010!

An adventure like no other! Use the arrow keys or WASD to control Jeremy Bongstarr, our hero, into discovering the reason for the immense drought that has overtaken Dryville!

So yeah.. This game was completed in about 48 hours, all of the coding was done in only 24 though because Monkokio was AWAY saturday! I hope you enjoy playing this as much as we enjoyed getting carpal tunnel trying to finish it in time!

Unfortunately, due to the whole "1 day of coding for the programmer" we didn't have time to include the underwater squids or the fireball-boss. Perhaps we'll update it in the future, but till then..just pretend they're there haha.

Nice job

The last part was a little long because you had to refill many times before it grows.

No contest?

Definately a stand out favorite of the Game Jam!
To think you guys made this quality game in 2 days is mind boggling!

I love the simple character design, and the detailed backgrounds. The animations of a dried up weed growing into a full grown tree was very smooth an captivating.
This game just kind of captures the imagination and draws you in.

The jetpack of water made me think of Mario Sunshine.
I'd be interested in seeing Jeremy's next adventure! (just saying)
Although I say keep the same concept, and just build on it. Because it definately worked this time around. Taking this game to the commitment of full game development would be amazing.

Great work.
I'm voting Team Monkey for sure :D

really good

okay so as I was playing I found all these little bits and pieces that really needed to be polished.. Then after a few short minutes, the game ended!

But to my surprise.. After reading your description, you made this in only 48 hours!! Congrats guys! Amazing job :D

When you are finished watering something it should ALWAYS have a sound indicator to tell you its done growing. And I wish I could have watered the people.. :( That was like the one thing I really wanted to do! They seemed so damn dehydrated and I wanted to save them, to hell with the plants...

Overall really well done for 48 hours, thanks for the game :)
